This page provides information on the accessibility policy of Die Werks, a Limited Liability Company incorporated in Utah (also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our“), with respect to this website at https://www.diewerks.com/ (the “Site“), whether the Site is accessed via mobile, desktop, tablet, or other means.

At Die Werks, our people provide the highest level of motorcycle products, parts and accessories to meet the diverse needs of our customers, and we value EVERY customer. We also promote access and inclusivity for our employees, potential customers, and for everyone in our community.

Accordingly, we are committed to ensuring that this Site is accessible to all, including individuals with disabilities. To meet this goal, we are committed to the following:

• We aim to conform the Site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG“) 2.1 AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. With these methods, we hope to maintain our Site so that it is as accessible as possible, given new technologies and adaptations.
We prioritize accessibility bug fixes to ensure they are remedied with the same level of priority as any other equivalent loss of function for individuals without disabilities.
