Domestic USA Shipping

Do you offer free shipping within the USA?

Yes, we offer Standard FREE Shipping within the contiguous U.S. on all orders over $100 (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). This includes all eligible items, whether it's a few t-shirts or a frame and a stack of tires.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship all items by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

What if my order doesn't qualify for free shipping?

For items not qualifying for free shipping, our shipping rates are based on the items purchased, their weight, and package dimensions.

Can I choose my shipping method?

Yes, you may select and pay for a specific shipping method if you prefer.

Will my order be shipped in separate packages?

In some cases, we may split your order into separate packages, especially if items are shipped from different warehouses. You will be notified by email with tracking numbers for each shipment.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based, rounded up to the next full pound.

Do you ship to California?

California C.A.R.B. Compliance: California restricts sales and use of aftermarket parts that impact emissions. As a result, we will not ship these parts to the State of California. This includes but not limited to exhausts, catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, fuel/air controller modules, air filter kits, camshafts, O2 eliminators, and carburetors and jet kits which alter, modify, or replace emission control devices or systems of an originally compliant highway motorcycle, are not legal for sale or street use in California unless they have been issued a CARB Executive Order.

Canadian Shipping

Do you offer free shipping to Canada?

Yes, we offer FREE Canadian Shipping on orders over $300, except for oversized items such as: exhausts, crash bars, and some handlebars.

Who is responsible for customs duties and fees?

Customs duties and fees are your responsibility and must be paid to the proper authority.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide using USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx, or DHL Worldwide, depending on item weight, dimensions, or your chosen shipping method.

Who pays for import duties, taxes, and fees?

Any import duties, taxes, or fees are the recipient's responsibility.

How long does international shipping take?

International shipments typically require 1-5 extra business days for processing. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination.

Additional Notes for International Orders

Shipments may take 1-3 months to arrive due to carrier scheduling, delays, customs processing, and unpredictable circumstances.
Orders will not be reshipped unless lost or missing for at least three (3) months.
